About the NEIAC

Many property owners in North East Irving received proposals from companies wishing to lease our mineral rights. Leasing our mineral rights can be a good revenue source, however, there are many very significant matters to consider before entering into these types of agreements. To help us all understand the process and ultimately obtain better lease terms, we are forming a community action group.

The name of our group is The North East Irving Area Coalition, and our objective is to organize residential and commercial property owners in Las Colinas and surrounding areas for the purpose of pooling a large number of acres to have a better negotiating position with lease buyers. Other community action groups similar to ours in the DFW area have been quite successful in negotiating leases that are far superior to those initially proposed to individual property owners. We think we can also be successful in a similar endeavor.

Here, you will find important information and a non-binding registration page to let us know that you are interested. You can participate as much or as little as you like. It’s important to the entire group to include your property, even if you do not have time to actively participate.
